The new Meissl & Schadn is bringing back the culinary traditions of yesteryear and celebrating local classics. What's more, the original Wiener Schnitzel will finally get the recognition it deserves. As Austria's favourite dish it is long overdue for its own temple, where it will, of course, be pan-fried to perfection.
